The MLS* Teen Anime Club (aka MTAC) is an after-school teen social program devoted to otaku culture (manga, anime, and video games). The club meets every other Friday afternoon and take part in activities such as Otaku Pictionary, Video Game Jams, Otaku Cranium, Anime Screenings, Manga Drawing Jams, Otaku-related crafts, and more!

January and February Meetings!

January 15th meeting - We'll have two Wii-systems playing the New Super Mario! Bring extra controllers for multiplayer-action! This will be held in the Central Library, Children's Services, Story room @ 3:45pm!



UPDATE!!! February 12th meeting! We'll be tapping into the board game of GO (made famous by Hikaru no GO) from a representative of Golden Key Cultural Center. They will provide us the game sets and teach us the ways of GO!

What's it about? Sven is your run-of-the-mill sweeper (a.k.a. bounty hunter) – down on his luck, haunted by the perpetual grumbling of this stomach and looking to make enough cash just to get by. Oh, and he can see the future, but only about five minutes into it. When a dirty politician lands a price on his head, this sweeper jumps at the chance to turn a quick buck. But as he’s working to secure the target, his vision reveals an assassination that will cost him the job. A confrontation with the mysterious killer and Sven has no idea that he’s brushed up against the worst possible luck...
